Openstack release: Rocky Kolla container source type: binary OS distro: Ubuntu 18.04 We tried to set OPENSTACK_ENABLE_PASSWORD_RETRIEVE to True in local_settings, but the dashboard got "503 Service Unavailable" after restart the Horizon container.
