Greetings,

The TripleO CI team has just completed Sprint 34 / Unified Sprint 13 (Jul 18
thru Aug 07). The following is a summary of completed work during this
sprint cycle:

   -

Created RHEL8 jobs to build a periodic pipeline in the RDO Software
Factory and provide early feedback for CentOS8 coverage.
   -

Fixed RHEL8 container and image build jobs in the periodic pipeline.
   -

Bootstrapped RHEL8 standalone job and made progress on RHEL8 OVB
   featureset 001 job.
   -

Completed scenario007 and featureset039 job updates upstream.
   -

Promotion status: red on all branches at half of the sprint due to rhel8
changes and infra related issues (transient failures).
   -

Disabled Fedora jobs from periodic pipeline.
   -

Merged code for automatic creation of featureset matrix on TripleO
   quickstart documentation [3].

The planned work for the next sprint [1] are:

   -

Create scenario1-4 jobs for RHEL8 in the periodic pipeline.
   -

Design and test multi-arch container support.
   -

Resume the design work for a staging environment to test changes in the
promoter server for the multi-arch builds.
   -

Continue OVB featureset001 bootstrapping on RHEL8.
   -

   Disable Fedora jobs upstream.

The Ruck and Rover for this sprint are Chandan Kumar (chkumar) and Ronelle
Landy (rlandy). Please direct questions or queries to them regarding CI
status or issues in #tripleo, ideally to whomever has the ‘|ruck’ suffix on
their nick. Ruck/rover notes are being tracked in etherpad [2].

Thanks,

rfolco
