Open Stack

Hi Guilherme and Mohammed,

I'm wondering if it's worth asking for help on maintaining these roles 
during the Summit/PTG next week, e.g. as part of Project Update session.

I could confirm that Monasca roles are up-to-date as of Rocky release.
