I have a similar opinion. I support the first two options and I agree that
option #3 is a bad idea.

I'm not sure I have a preference of either of the first two options. I like
the idea of option #1, since it's APAC friendly (and APAC communication is
a frequent topic at TC gatherings), but I won't object if the overall
consensus is to drop that particular time.
