Octavia Production Deployment Confused

Hi Michael,

Thank you, I create with `services` because when I am trying to list the
project, its give me `services`

[root at zu-controller0 ~(keystone_admin)]# openstack project list
| 27439cc0ba52421cad2426c980a0d0fa | admin    |
| 4020d4a5e7ad4d279fc3d1916d18ced1 | services |
