I would like to propose Carlos Goncalves as a core reviewer on the<br>

Carlos has provided numerous enhancements to the Octavia project,<br>
including setting up the grenade gate for Octavia upgrade testing.<br>

Over the last few releases he has also been providing quality reviews,<br>
in line with the other core reviewers [1]. I feel that Carlos would<br>
make an excellent addition to the Octavia core reviewer team.<br>

Existing Octavia core reviewers, please reply to this email with your<br>
support or concerns with adding Jacky to the core team.<br>
