A bit more of follow up since that was so dry. There are some projects
that have not branched (mainly cycle-trailing and plugins).

There has historically been some breakage with each eventlet update,
this one is not expected to be much different unfortunately. Currently
there are known issues with oslo.service but they look solvable. A list
of all projects using eventlet is attached.

The full list of non-branched projects will be at the bottom of this
message, but the projects that I think should be more careful are the
following.

kolla kolla-ansible heat-agents heat-dashboard tripleo-ipsec

the rest of the repos seem to be plugins, which I'm personally less
concerned about, but should still be branched (preferably sooner rather
than later).

Tempest plugins, like tempest, are not meant to be branched:

http://lists.openstack.org/pipermail/openstack-dev/2018-August/133211.html

// jim
