thank our Programming Committee! They have once again taken time out

content for the OpenStack Summit. <br>

The OpenStack Foundation relies on the community-nominated Programming
Committee, along with your Community Votes to select the content of the
summit. If you're curious about this process, you can <a href="https://www.openstack.org/summit/berlin-2018/call-for-presentations/selection-process" target="_blank">read
more about it here</a> where we have also listed the Programming
Committee
members. <br></div></blockquote><div><br></div><div>Hi, I particularly want to know the process of selecting Programming Committee of each track. You mentioned that the Programming Committee is "community-nominated" but there is no information about how to select among the list of "community-nominated" candidates. If there are multiple candidates self-nominating themselves, how to ensure the process of selecting Programming Committee members is fair and transparent?</div><div><br></div><div>I asked that because I have an impression that the selection of Programming Committee members has a significant impact on the final selected content of the summit, and the final selected content has impacts on the visibility of each OpenStack official project. It also appears that if a specific project is not well represented on its relevant track of the Programming Committee, none of the project-related talks was selected. I would wonder if the selection process is fair and give visibility of each official project?</div><div> </div><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0 0 0 .8ex;border-left:1px #ccc solid;padding-left:1ex"><div bgcolor="#FFFFFF" text="#000000">
