    Recently Ivan became the Horizon PTL and as with past PTLs (Hi Rob)<br>
isn't a member of the horizon-stable-maint team.  Ivan is a member of<br>
the Cinder stable team and as such has demonstrated an understanding of<br>
the stable policy.  Since the Dublin PTG Ivan has been doing consistent<br>
high quality reviews on Horizon's stable branches.<br>

As such I'm suggesting adding him to the existing stable team.<br>
<br>
Without strong objections I'll do that on (my) Monday 25th June.<br>
