<p> The <a href="https://review.openstack.org/#/c/554717/1/doc/specs/rocky/cyborg-nova-sched.rst" target="_blank">Cyborg
Nova scheduling specification</a> addresses the scheduling
aspects alone. There needs to be a separate spec to address:</p>
* Cyborg/Nova interactions in the compute node, incl. the newly
proposed os-acc library. <br>
* Programming, including fetching bitstreams from Glance.<br>
* Bitstream metadata.<br>
<p>Shall I send such a spec while the first one is still in review?</p>
