Is that still true even though the PTG falls after the early 

registration deadline in this case, or will it simply be a discount of

would someone with a free registration code from the Atlanta PTG have to

 use it by the early-registration deadline in order for their 

registration to be completely free and not simply discounted? That has 

been the case in the past, but the emails that went out with those codes

 seemed to imply that you could use them for free registration until
