This is also affecting Glance<br>
(<a href="https://bugs.launchpad.net/glance/+bug/1657459" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">https://bugs.launchpad.net/<wbr>glance/+bug/1657459</a>). I suspect what we'll<br>
do for now is blacklist the 1.7.x releases in openstack/requirements.<br>
It seems a bit late in the cycle to bump the minimum version to 1.7.0<br>
so we can safely fix this without having to deal with<br>
incompatibilities between versions.<br>
