You can try following to check logs:-<br>

<br>

1) Stop the magnum-api and magnum-conductor process using service commands or use kill -9.<br>

<br>

2) Try running magnum-api and magnum-conductor process on console. For this on bash shell from root account just do:<br>

# magnum-api<br>

# magnum-conductor<br>

>From their you can see the ERROR if any.<br>
