<div>Tricircle big-tent application (https://review.openstack.org/#/c/338796/) has just been resumed after the splitting and cleaning finished to make Tricircle being dedicated for networking automation across Neutron.</div>

<div>All risks about API inconsistency/API re-implementation were removed due to the deletion of Nova API-GW/Cinder API-GW from the Tricircle, and plugins under Neutron will not bring the risk of <span style="font-size: 12pt;">API inconsistency/API re-implementation:
there are </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">already</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">lots of Neutron plugins developed in the community.</span></div>
