Probably we would not be able to make any progress without completing<br>

It's because:<br>
<br>
1.Blueprint of the Tricircle is almost based on this feature at the moment.<br>
2.Further implementation will be mostly based on this feature.<br>
3.Our direction at this stage will be based on Cross OpenStack L2<br>
Networking specification.<br>
<br>
Since that, I would like to complete this specification as soon as<br>
possible. But we should not keep uncompromising standards as much as<br>
possible as well.<br>

What do you think?<br>

Any suggestion, objection, idea or whatever you could come up with<br>
would be really appreciated.<br>
