</span>How do you release it? I think the way to release new deliverables as of Newton dev cycle is thru openstack/releases repository, as documented in <a href="https://review.openstack.org/#/c/308984/" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">https://review.openstack.org/#/c/308984/</a><br>
