do the same: Generate the file and then publish with the scp plug-in to
a well-know place like <a href="http://tarballs.openstack.org/sample-configs/glance/master" class="">tarballs.openstack.org/sample-configs/glance/master</a>

oslo.config has an extension module to hook into sphinx to generate the
configuration sample file as part of a doc build now. See
