I'd like to propose that we make Andrey Kurilin core on python-novaclient.<br>

He's been doing a lot of the maintenance the last several months and a<br>
lot of times is the first to jump on any major issue, does a lot of the<br>
microversion work, and is also working on cleaning up docs and helping<br>
me with planning releases.<br>

His work is here [1].<br>

Review stats for the last 4 months (although he's been involved in the<br>
project longer than that) [2].<br>
<br>
Unless there is disagreement I plan to make Andrey core by the end of<br>
the week.<br>
