<div dir="ltr"><pre>Hello everyone,<br><br>A few days back there has been some interest spurred again in the
cross-project initiatives around Quotas. A few of the projects are
trying to implement quotas in great detail and the ecosystem would
greatly benefit from knowledge sharing and common guidelines.

So, we would like to gather the interested minds around this [1] work in
a real time virtual collaborative setting of IRC to create checkpoints,
add small action items and help keep focus within the community. Please
find a proposal for a weekly meeting [2] and agenda for the initial
meeting proposed [3].
