      As most of you people knows the 'QoS' feature is added in neutron
      during liberty release.<br class="">
      It will be nice to have this feature in horizon, so I have added a
      'network qos' panel for the same in angularJS.<br class="">
      It will be very helpful if you people reviewing this patches and
      helping to land this feature in horizon.<br class="">
