We have more and more customers that want to run Mistral on top of PostgreSQL database (instead of MySQL).<br>

I also know that PostgreSQL is important for some of our active contributors.<br>

Can we add more attention to PostgreSQL? For example, add more gates (like gate-rally-dsvm-mistral-task and gate-mistral-devstack-dsvm) that will run on top of PostgreSQL as well.<br>
