servise state.</font>

not OK, Memory failure </font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">and network card failure, e.g.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">If the external systems detect the storage
controller failure,</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Live migration if storage is still accessible;
otherwise Hot Standby.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">So the c-v service state need to reflect
it's real state.<br>
