      Failed to perform requested operation on instance "vm1", the 
instance has an error status: Please try again later [Error: No valid 
host was found. There are not enough hosts available.].   </i><br></div><div><i><br></i></div><div><i><br></i></div><div>My ENV details : </div><div><i><br></i></div><div>This problem started coming after i install the OVS patch using the bash file:</div><div><div><a href="https://raw.githubusercontent.com/priteshk/ovs/nsh-v8/" target="_blank">https://raw.githubusercontent.com/priteshk/ovs/nsh-v8/</a></div><div>third-party/start-ovs.sh</div></div><div><i><br></i></div><div>I have gone through web and found the below problems can cause this issue.</div><div>1. When Nova compute node is not running.</div><div>    In my env, nova compute node is running:</div><div>   <img src="cid:ii_15217a66a7e99823" alt="Inline image 2" width="454" height="166"></div><div><br></div><div>2. I am using qemu as hypervisor</div><div>     in /etc/nova/nova.conf</div><div>      [libvirt]</div><div>       inject_partition = -2</div><div>       live_migration_uri = qemu+ssh://root1@%s/system</div><div>       use_usb_tablet = False</div><div>       cpu_mode = none</div><div>       virt_type = qemu</div><div><br></div><div>3. Enough RAM is available to spawn a nano VM with cirros image. </div><div><img src="cid:ii_15217a873d76f8d8" alt="Inline image 3" width="454" height="187"><br></div><div><br></div><div>Please help how to solve this problem.</div><div>Please let me know any other information or logs are required to find the root cause and solve this problem.</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks in advance :)</div><span class="HOEnZb"><font color="#888888"><span><font color="#888888"><div><br></div></font></span></font></span></div></div></div><span class="HOEnZb"><font color="#888888">-- <br><div><span style="border-collapse:collapse;font-size:13px"><div>Thanks & regards,</div><div>Phaneendra Manda.</div><div><br></div></span></div>
