Rabi Mishra<br>

Peter Razumovsky<br>

According statistic both candidate made a big effort in Heat as<br>

reviewers and as contributors [1][2].<br>

They were involved in Heat community work  during last several releases and<br>

showed good understanding of Heat code.<br>

I think, that they are ready to became core-reviewers.<br>
