Horizon, which are in OpenStack projects.yaml.</font>

</font><font size=2 color=#2f2f2f face="sans-serif">manila-ui</font><font size=2 face="sans-serif">
and </font><font size=2 color=#2f2f2f face="sans-serif">tuskar-ui</font><font size=2 face="sans-serif">.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">They are using separated repo now.</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">As the translation coordinator, I want
to understand</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">which of them want to be translated
into multiple languages in Liberty release.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Are they ready to be translated ?</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">As a separated repo, if these plugins
want to be translated,</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">they need to:</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">1. Create locale folder and generate
pot files in the repo</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">2. Create project in translation tool</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">3. Create auto jobs to upload pot files
and download translations from translation tool.</font>
