Hello everyone:<br>I found a bug in openstack about project's quota usage in newest version.<br><br>The link of bug description: <a href="https://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/+bug/1482444">https://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/+bug/1482444</a><br><br>Reproduce steps:<br>
1. Enable soft delete via set reclaim_instance_interval in nova.conf.<br><br>2. A normal project: ProjectA create a new instance and then delete it, then it's status change to SOFT_DELETED.<br><p id="yui_3_10_3_1_1439252542740_2247">
3. Now restore the instance by admin user in project: admin, the 
instance back to ACTIVE, but the quota usage of project: admin  has 
changed, the flavor of that instance has added on admin project quota 
usage.</p>Please help me to confirm the problem is real.<br>Thanks!<br> <div><tincludetail></tincludetail></div><!--<![endif]-->
