No, I believe not. It's not part of Neutron's job to expose the
physical network topology.<br>
<br>
That said, you may want to look at
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://review.openstack.org/#/c/196812/">https://review.openstack.org/#/c/196812/</a>, which is a proposal for
creating Neutron networks in a way that reflects the underlying
physical topology.<br>
