<div>We got a lot of complaints for folks trying to run Kolla on Ubuntu 14.04 with 3.13 kernel.  Most of the problems were related to kernel bugs or docker bugs.  We have worked around them, and now Kolla launches like a champ for me on 14.04.</div>
