Ihar has been doing a great job reviewing in Neutron as evidence by his stats [1]. Ihar is the Oslo liaison for Neutron, he's been doing a great job keeping Neutron current there. He's already a critical reviewer for all the Neutron repositories. In addition, he's a stable maintainer. Ihar makes himself available in IRC, and has done a great job working with the entire Neutron team. His reviews are thoughtful and he really takes time to work with code submitters to ensure his feedback is addressed.<br class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">I'd also like to again remind everyone that reviewing code is a responsibility, in Neutron the same as other projects. And core reviewers are especially beholden to this responsibility.
