At this point oslo.concurrency hasn't been released yet so it won't be<br>
possible to switch any projects to use it. I think we're on track for<br>
a first release early next week and once that has happened this will<br>
be possible.<br>

Note that we do have a stable branch of the incubator code that can be<br>
used for important changes in projects that haven't yet ported to use<br>
new libs, but when possible we'd rather just make the changes in the lib.<br>
