Ouch. I added this as a dependency in devstack for building IPA.

As Lucas said, it works fine in 14.04. In 12.04, and if using
Ironic with the PXE driver (default), you can likely remove that
line from devstack/files/apts/ironic. I won't promise that
everything will work after that, but chances are good.
