Per discussion again today in the Neutron meeting, next week we'll
start rotating the meeting. This will mean next week we'll meet on
Tuesday (9-9-2014) at 1400 UTC in #openstack-meeting-alt.

I've updated the Neutron meeting page [1] as well as the meeting wiki
page [2] with the new details on the meeting page.

Please add any agenda items to the page.

Looking forward to seeing some new faces who can't normally join us at
the 2100UTC slot!

Thanks,
Kyle
