</div>That's not true, there are 3 ways out of incubation: 1) The project<br>
withers and dies on it's own. 2) The project is spun back into<br>
Neutron. 3) The project is spun out into it's own project.<br>
<br>
However, it's worth noting that if the project is spun out into it's<br>
own entity, it would have to go through incubation to become a fully<br>
functioning OpenStack project of it's own.<br>
