<div dir="ltr">Hello,<div><br></div><div>I would like to propose a spec freeze exception for the tenant name handling for the Big Switch plugin defined in <a href="https://review.openstack.org/#/c/103268/">https://review.openstack.org/#/c/103268/</a>. </div>

<div><br></div><div>The code is isolated to a third party plugin and the implementation was already completed and tested (<a href="https://review.openstack.org/#/c/103269/">https://review.openstack.org/#/c/103269/</a>) before the deadline. </div>

<div><br></div><div>It missed the deadline because there is some concern around tracking tenant names in a DB, but once that's resolved it should be simple to merge. Ignoring unit tests, comments and the auto-generated DB migration script, the change affects about 35 lines of code.</div>
