<div dir="ltr">Hi folks,<div><br></div><div>When we create many VMs at the same time (more than 100 VMs), Neutron server will be busy handling port creation requests sent by Nova via HTTP. One issue we met was that HTTP request timed out because Neutron didn't response in time, the same HTTP request was sent again and finally VM was associated with two ports which was not expected.</div>
