<div><br></div><div>I'd prefer to move it significantly later than 1900UTC, especially if we want a time that's civilized (or at least, achievable) in India. 0700UTC seems ideal to me - 5pm Sydney, 4pm Tokyo, 12:30pm New Delhi. It's not friendly to the US (midnight SF, 3am NYC). but it should work well for Europe - 8am London, and it gets later in the day as you go east.<br>
