          different OpenStack clouds.  I get a failure every time.  It
          is 19 not 20, BTW.  But I think it is moot, I agree with the
          recommendation

    Fedora 19 shipped in the Fedora cloud images does *NOT* include
    heat-cfntools.  The heat-cfntools package was added only in Fedora
    20 qcow2 images.  Fedora 19 must be custom made which those
    prebuilt-jeos-images are.  They worked for me last time I fired up
    an image.<br>
