<p class="MsoNormal">What’s the definition of deprecation of config variables in Openstack? I’d have thought that the new variables would be usable during the grace period. But it looks like that’s not the case.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">For instance, currently libvirt_type is deprecated and virt_type is the new variable. However, only libvirt_type is read and virt_type is ignored.<o:p></o:p></p>
