There is already a lot of pressure on CI at the -3 milestone and I think it would be good to avoid adding the inevitable last minute bringup of CI systems to the same time period. Also gives you the opportunity to give vendors a bit of leeway in they're a bit late and still have time to decide if any drivers should be removed during the J cycle rather than waiting until I. <br>
