I think that the first step here is to provide a milestone target. Then cross you fingers that a core or two will jump on and support it.</li><li>One of the prerequisites of all drivers is that they provide CI testing. You will certainly need to provide this. An example of this is the "VMware Mine Sweeper" (https://review.openstack.org/#/dashboard/9008). Without this it will be a non starter.
