<div dir="ltr">Although IRC requires typing, I find it more inclusive than Webex.<div>It's easy to have 100s of people in a IRC room, not so easy on a conf call.</div><div>Also, people like me whose 1st language is not English might find easier to write & read rather than listen & speak.</div>

I'm not opposed to Webex (other teams have used it before) - but it<br>
would involve more set-up. We'd need to publish recordings,<br>
so that there is a way for those that couldn't attend to review,<br>
similar to how the IRC meetings are logged.<br>
