<div dir="ltr"><div>whenever I run devstack keystone falies to start because dogpile.cache is not installed; this is easily solved by installing it, but I wonder if it should be in requirements.txt</div><div>Also, since the cache appears to be disabled by default (and I'm not enabling it in my localrc), I'm not sure why I am hitting this error, as I would expect the caching module to not be loaded at all.<br>
