I believe Steve has completed the openstackclient Identity v3 commands<br>
modulo any late changes to the keystone libs.<br>

Also, note that on Monday we merged the changes for the <noun> <verb><br>
command format for bash-completion reasons. The wiki page[1] does not<br>
yet reflect this.<br>
