I don't know who is responsible with ryu plugin.<br>
The doc plugin's readme is pointing at is very old and cannot be
used any more:<br>

In fact, the same problem applies to the bigswitch plugin and
floodlight too.<br>

I think we should consider if these kind of plugins should be put in
