<div>Hi Everyone,</div><div><br></div><div>I'd like to propose Mike Perez (AKA thingee) as a core member of the Cinder team.  Mike's been a huge help, especially with reviews and is doing some great work with the API in particular.  I think he would be a great asset to the team and is already fulfilling a lot of the responsibilities.</div>
