We're still working on the new Quantum docs for Folsom, but if you're<br>
already familiar with using Quantum + Nova, the key difference is that<br>
you use should a libvirt vif-plugging config of<br>
LibvirtHybridOVSBridgeDriver, rather than just<br>
LibvirtOpenVswitchDriver .<br>
