[openstack-dev] [refstack] Full list of API Tests versus 'OpenStack Powered' Tests

Submission is no longer anonymous, but the results are not public, still.  The submitter decides whether the guideline results are public, but if they do, only the guideline tests are made public.  If the submitter does not  actively select public  availability for the test results, all results default to private.
