It appears that gabbi<1.42.1 is causing on error with heat tempest plugin in congress stable/queens dsvm job [1][2][3]. The issue was addressed in heat tempest plugin [4], but the problem remains for stable/queens jobs because the queens upper-constraint is still at 1.40.0 [5]. Any suggestions on how to proceed?
