Open Stack

Hey everybody,

We have some former contributors who haven't been involved in the last 
cycle that we should prune from the roster. They're all wonderful humans 
and it would be awesome to have them back if life presented them an 
opportunity to be involved again.

I'd like to propose removing Brian Curtin, Clint Byrum, David Simard, 
and Ricardo Cruz.

Thoughts/concerns?
