Note: this is the fifteenth edition of a weekly update of what happens in
TripleO.
The goal is to provide a short reading (less than 5 minutes) to learn where
we are and what we're doing.

The weekly owl fact is sponsored by Wes: the smallest owl is named the
"Elf" owl.
The mean body weight of this species is 40 g (1.4 oz). These tiny owls are
12.5 to 14.5 cm (4.9 to 5.7 in) long and have a wingspan of about 27 cm
(10.5 in).

It was brought during the All-In-One installer discussion, where this name
could be use since we're looking for something tiny and lightweight.
